Guest Dose Information

Visiting the Atlanta & Decatur area? Doing business near Conyers? We can ensure that you stay on your path to recovery! Visit either of our methadone clinic locations for affordable and professional services.

Guest dosing fee is $12.00 per dose in cash. No checks or credit cards are accepted. No additional fees apply unless a drug-screen is requested.
Guest dose requests must be signed by your clinic’s physician. If guest dosing is to start on Saturday, all information should be received by 1:00 pm Friday.
Dosing dates, amount of dose, and take-home requests must be specified in the guest dose request and faxed to our facility (404) 377-8536.
Our facility will need a contact name and telephone number in order to verify dosing information with the your home clinic.
A photo I.D is required.
A metal lock-box is required for Sunday, holiday, or regular take home medication.
Dosing hours are sharp!

Monday through Friday 6:00am until 11:00am
Saturday 7:00am until 10:00am
CLOSED SUNDAYS
