Treatment Rates and Insurance Information

Alliance Recovery Center does not charge an admission fee, only a per diem (per day) charge for treatment. There is no charge for annual or admission physicals and lab work. The only additional charges for routine tests and services are listed here. Part of the mission at Alliance Recovery Center is to provide services that are affordable so that treatment is more accessible.  No checks or coins are accepted. MasterCard and Visa Credit and Debit Cards are accepted.

*Some insurance companies will cover Methadone and Buprenorphine treatment.  Please contact your insurance company for more information.  In the event that your insurance company covers your treatment, we will provide you with the paper work necessary to get reimbursed by your insurance company.

Balances due from prior treatment attempts at Alliance Recovery Center must be paid prior to re-admission to the program.  No additional fees are charged for routine admission or annual tests or services in the maintenance modality including: blood work, TB test, medical urine test or random once a month urine drug screens.

The program requires two drug screens for the first 30 days of treatment.  If the patient continues to test positive for illicit drugs past 120 days, the patient will be charged $25 for the additional (specified as times two plus fee) drug screen each time the test is required.
