Alliance Recovery Center’s Decatur clinic sits on East Ponce de Leon Avenue in DeKalb County, minutes from downtown Decatur and the square. We serve people traveling in from Avondale Estates, Scottdale, Clarkston, Belvedere Park, North Druid Hills, Tucker, Stone Mountain, and the intown Atlanta neighborhoods just west of us — Kirkwood, East Lake, Candler Park, and Edgewood.

A brick building with arched windows labeled Alliance Center Decatur, facing an empty parking lot under a partly cloudy sky.Getting here without a car is straightforward. MARTA train and bus service runs within one block of our door, which makes this the easiest of our three clinics to reach on public transit.

What treatment looks like here
Decatur provides the same care as our Athens and Conyers clinics: medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) — methadone or buprenorphine — paired with counseling and daily medical care.

You’re assigned a primary counselor at admission. Individual counseling is required; group counseling is optional but strongly encouraged, and groups run daily. Neither carries an additional cost. Medical services are available every day, and every client receives a comprehensive physical exam at admission and annually after, at no charge.

A clean, empty waiting room with rows of chairs, a coffee table, a large plant, artwork on the wall, tiled floor, a TV mounted high, and a reception window on the right.Cost and coverage
No admission fee, no transfer fee — only a per-day rate. We accept Georgia Medicaid and Original Medicare Part B along with several managed plans, plus cash and major credit cards. Current rates are on our pricing and insurance page.
