Your confidentiality is protected under The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and The Code of Federal Regulations Title 42 Part 2.

A release of information is signed by you allowing Alliance Recovery Center to share information specified by you to a specifically identified third party.
In the event that you suffer a medical emergency while on our premises, medically relevant information will be shared with responding emergency personnel.
In the event that you commit a crime while on the property of Alliance Recovery Center or against Alliance Recovery Center, your identifying information may be shared with law enforcement.
