At Alliance Recovery Center any information you share with us remains completely confidential. We do not share information with third parties. Your confidentiality is protected under The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and The Code of Federal Regulations Title 42 Part 2.

Your information may be shared with a third party under three of the following circumstances:

• A release of information is signed by you allowing Alliance Recovery Center to share information specified by you to a specifically identified third party.
• In the event that you suffer a medical emergency while on our premises, medically relevant information will be shared with responding emergency personnel.
• In the event that you commit a crime while on the property of Alliance Recovery Center or against Alliance Recovery Center, your identifying information may be shared with law enforcement.
